Thank you for your support of the conference and for getting a tabletop exhibit.

1. You will have a six-foot table with a skirt and two chairs. There will not be enough room to set up any kind of "booth" or a big backdrop. There is usually room for the pull-up banners to go behind the tables. We will provide a night guard in the exhibit area. Tables will be assigned according to signup. Flooring will consist of the Ballroom floor, nothing extra available.

2. A paid tabletop does not come with conference attendance. There is no cost for you to have people staff your table. However, anyone that wants to go into the conference sessions must register as a paid attendee. Please go to this link to register people staffing your table that ARE NOT registered as a paid conference attendee. The name on the registration for the table will not automatically get a badge printed so register them at the link above if they will be staffing the table and not attending the conference.

3. If you need to ship anything to the conference, use this address:

Please let me know if you ship something so I can have the VBC look for it. There is no cost for the VBC to receive the shipment and put it in the Ballroom. You can arrange with a shipper to pick it up at the VBC is you need to ship anything out.

4. You will have access to the VBC North Hall beginning at 7:00 am on 16 July. The conference will start at 9:00 am. For unloading on the 16th, you will be able to drive up to the North Hall entrance, unload, then go park in one of the parking lots.

5. Exhibitors shall indemnify, save and hold harmless NDIA-TVC and VBC from all actions or proceedings to recover damages for injuries to persons or property arising from Exhibitors occupancy of the VBC or Exhibitors activities thereon. NDIA-TVC shall assume no responsibility for losses suffered by Exhibitors, which are occasioned by theft, vandalism, malicious mischief or disappearance of equipment, articles or other personal property. Exhibitors should have their own insurance policy of comprehensive personal injury liability and property damage liability.
